Well, the next super power of the world, called India, shall be fighting; not with its neighbor ; however for water and other natural resources, state versus  states; T Nadu versus Kerala; Andhra versus Tamil Naadu; Karnataka versus Tamil Naadu; Haryana versus Punjab; whilst the federal govt embroiled in petty politics would be a silent, passive observer!
